Amadores is beach holiday heaven and with Gran Canaria’s year round warmth, you can holiday here with confidence. Summer sees pleasantly hot temperatures with July promising as many as 10 hours of sunshine per day making it the perfect time for long days of horizontal lounging.
In winter the south coast is much warmer than the north although a jumper or extra layer is required. Winter also sees rainfall but in bursts which can be managed with a well timed lunch or dinner.
The children will enjoy the sea temperatures which are warm year round but best in September and October.
